In May 2018, we made a career jump. We resigned from a large-size Czech law firm and set up our own company. Located in the City of Prague, we provide complex legal services to domestic and international entities in the area of finance in order to help them to develop their activities in the Czech Republic and to maintain legal and regulatory risk they are facing.
We know that the modern era of financial services is overly regulated and technologically disrupted. We built our firm to deliver the highest quality legal work and services in a modern, responsive and practical way in order to meet the clients’ business objectives.
Our aim is to provide our clients with the possibility to maintain legal and regulatory risk in the most efficient way as possible. We are able to provide certain outsourced compliance and regulatory services according to the client’s needs when this is needed. We always take into account our insight into business matters of our client based on our long-term experience with the financial services industry. Our pricing is transparent, and we use the fixed-fee project-based billing whenever feasible.
